best video camera for recording concerts image

I'd like to get a digital video camera that I can use to record videos of my guitar playing/singing or footage from concerts to post online. So one important thing I'm looking for in a camera is good sound recording capability. I'd also like one that can take an external mic. I'm looking for one under $400.

Guys im looking around for a good digital camera or video camera but i don't know which ones are the best. My budget is £200, i will be going to a Lady Gaga concert soon and i will be taking some picture and recording video of the concert.
