I got the camera for christmas and still don't know everything about it.
So, I'm really curious to know if it can take videos and how to do it.

No, like most Digital SLR's it DOES NOT have video capture. But hang on to the camera and learn the still photography techniques. Recently, DSLR manufacturers have started adding this feature to some models and I believe that it will become more common on the next "round" of camera models. So there will probably be a newer model soon that will be able to use the Olympus lenses and record video.
Keep in mind that, because of the larger sensor size in DLSR cameras they will need very large memory capacity to shoot video.

for christmas id like a digital camera but theres some thing is needs to have and i cant find the right camera so if you know one tell me

be able to take pics without flash and come out fine(not blurry like the one i have now)

I just bought a casio exilim EX-Z75 with 7.2 megapixels about a week 1/2 ago. I have owned several different camera brands, and I can honestly tell you that there is nothing like the casio exilim. Especially if you are looking for pictures without blurriness, you have made the right choice. It has like a million different modes and settings, including different color modes (like black and white,sepia, red, green, blue, purple, pink, etc.), picture modes (even has an ebay mode!), it has modes for recording, menu modes (it has an easy menu mode). And best of all it has an antishake mode, to reduce blurriness in the pictures. The camera is extremely sleek and stylish, you can get it in different colors which is cool. It is easy to take anywhere. The battery lasts FOREVER, although it's a li-ion rechargeable battery not AA. It has 3x optical zoom. The LCD screen is huge, and it's very easy to use camera, one of the easiest to use in the market. It uses SD memory card. It has many different flash modes(including auto flash, where the camera chooses itself what type of flah it will use or if the picture requires any flash at all) , and it has different flash intensity modes.
And not to mention, the pictures are amazing.
