I'm looking for a small/compact digital camera (at least 8MP and 3x zoom) that can record very good video. (720p, if possible, but its pretty hard to get one). I really want to keep the price under 300 bucks, 200 if possible. I really like the Nikon S60, how well does it take video?

I search for the best compact digital camera for taking the videos on gigs and festivals preferably aspect ratio 16:9. All cams have poor sound quality when it comes to the electronic music and beats.
I don't really want a big camcorder, something easy to carry around with good BASS SOUND RECORDING. Price doesn't matter, in fact nothing matters except good sound quality.
