best dslr camera for video recording 2013 image

I'm looking for a high-speed camera that is affordable for me. I would also like to know if it shoots slow-motion in HD. If anybody knows a camera, please tell me!

It does a quick comparision of videos with point and shoot cameras, consumer grade camcorders and dSLRs. Most people use DSLRs for video without knowing that they are very capable of giving you professional quality videos. Many people get stuck with AF or no AF in the camera during video recording but if you really want to take eye catching professional quality vidoes, you must use Manual Focus to keep the thing you want to keep in focus and not the things your camera likes to keep in focus. Also you need to be able to change the Aperture on the fly to control the depth of field. Most modern lenses don't offer Aperture and Focus ring on the lens. You would also need fast lenses. Can most digital cameras now all do full hd 1080p video recording?

Most of them do 1080p HD video. However please be aware that most compact cameras, or smart-phones like iPhones, are not good at video recording. If light is good, they do an okay job. When light is dull, they are almost unusable. If you zoom in and do video, there can be lot of shake. You may be better off with iPhone or some digital camcorder that offers 30-40x zoom.
