best slr camera for video recording image

i want a camera that i can use to record videos with but still acts like a SLR camera..any suggestions? is the canon sx110 a good choice for this? is there any other camera?

I want to get a good slr camera that i can use for still photography and also recording video. I am a beginner so it would be nice if it's a more user friendly camera. Thanks a lot!

almost all modern SLR cameras are user friendly (just stick it on auto mode, where they become glorified point and shoot cameras).
I personally find SLRs more user friendly than point and shoots (which nowadays have tons of useless features hidden behind cryptic menus and a zillion buttons).
Look at the different models form Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Sony, and Olympus and see which ones have video. Then decide which one is right for you.
